We are an family based listing company based in Northern Ireland currently selling our own sites in the Dromore, County Down area.
We do however receive enquiries from buyers who wish to buy a rural site in other areas of Northern Ireland.

We only charge a listing fee. This results in a saving of a typical charge of £1530 on a 1.5% fee of a £85,000 site. (£1275 + VAT)
We do not charge anything when you sell your site.
Our approach
Our approach is to take only a small listing fee and forward all enquiries across to you within 24 hours of any enquiry being made.
All further negotiations / viewings will be organised directly with you, the owner. We know from experience that this is the best approach to sell a rural countryside site. It has worked for us, it will work for you. Your site, your sale.

For a one-off, one-time listing fee we charge £350
